坚持跑步,俯卧撑

跑步是枯燥的,健身效果很明显,尤其对我们这种成天宅的程序员,而且也是一种非常安静的放松。

有一段时间没有坚持跑步了,最近缺乏运动胖了很多。不过最近俯卧撑、哑铃做的多,臂力肌肉有所提升。只要外面空气PM2.5不是很差,就坚持每周三次 5 公里!! 每天 50 俯卧撑。

目标:半小时完成 5 公里,减肥到 63 公斤
